Vendor Set Up & Tear Down
Friday's Vendors can begin setting up on the grounds at 10:00 am. We ask that your vehicles be parked in vendor parking when the gates open at noon and wait to restock from your vehicle or tear down for the day until after the gates close. *
Saturday and Sunday Vendors may begin setting up at 7:00 am. We ask that your vehicles be parked in vendor parking when gates open at 8:00 am and wait to restock from your vehicle or tear down for the day until after the gates close. *
*It is up to our Vendor Director's discretion to grant permission for vendors to restock or tear down early if it appears that attendance for the day has dwindled and vendors would like to pack up or leave early for the day.
Vendor Liability Insurance*
Vendors choosing to use ACT (Artists, Crafters, Tradesman) Insurance, may use the following link as a resource in purchasing a policy. The link gives options for: DJ's, Entertainers, Artists, Food/Concessions, & Vendor/Exhibitor Packages with starting rates. Their policies will have Baraga County Fair listed as an additional insured, eliminating this step in the process when applying for coverage.
